随着分叉病变的介入治疗的增多,由于分叉病变的特殊性,其临床治疗效果并不理想。在药物洗脱支架投入大规模使用后,这一现状有所改善。本文就分叉病变在药物洗脱支架应用中的治疗策略和值得注意的问题作一综述。
With the increase of interventional treatment of bifurcation lesions, due to the particularity of bifurcation lesions, its clinical treatment effect is not satisfactory. This situation has improved after the large-scale use of drug-eluting stents. This article reviews the treatment strategies and noteworthy issues of bifurcation lesions in the use of drug-eluting stents.
