3月份广州市各区中商业项目以花都区的供应量最为惊人,占十区总供应量愈五成,该区的供应产品依然集中在专业市场铺和大型住宅社区商铺上。而成交方面,天河区的成交最为火旺。而全市各区写字楼的成交量依然以天河区的成交为首,占全市成交的七成左右,区内成交活跃项目依然集中在天河北和珠江新城的若干项目。越秀和荔湾两区则分列各区成交排名二、三。
