[目的]分析电解铝车间技改后氟危害控制效果。[方法]通过调查电解铝车间技改前后的生产工艺、防护设施和作业场所的氟化氢(HF)浓度及作业工人的尿氟水平,分析技改前后氟危害的控制效果。[结果]本次技改采用密闭集气的防护措施代替原有的无组织排放,技改后车间内HF浓度较技改前降低,工人尿氟水平亦明显降低,差异均有显著性。[结论]所采用的技改有效控制了车间内空气中的HF浓度;技改项目的控制效果评价结合技改前的职业卫生状况分析有利于评价的说服力。
[Objective] To analyze the effect of fluoride hazard control after the technological transformation of electrolytic aluminum workshop. [Method] The control effect of fluorine hazard before and after technical innovation was analyzed through the investigation of the production process, the concentration of hydrogen fluoride (HF) in protective facilities and workplaces and the urine fluoride level of workers before and after technological transformation of electrolytic aluminum workshop. [Result] This technical innovation adopted the protective measures of confined gas gathering instead of the original unorganized discharge. The concentration of HF in the workshop after technological renovation was lower than before the technical innovation, and the level of urinary fluoride in workers was also significantly reduced. The differences were significant. [Conclusion] The technology adopted effectively controlled the concentration of HF in the air in the workshop. The evaluation of the control effect of the technical innovation project combined with the analysis of the occupational health status before the technical reform was in favor of the evaluation persuasion.
