以某型号自行式高空车模型为研究对象,对其伸缩臂进行有限元分析优化及液压缸铰点位置的优化。为了保证伸缩臂的强度、变形均在允许范围内,对伸缩臂截面进行了局部加强。建立了伸缩臂变幅液压缸铰点优化设计问题的设计模型,运用MATLAB对其进行优化,为高空车作业臂的结构设计、优化提供了科学的依据,具有一定的工程意义。
Taking a certain type of self-propelled aerial vehicle model as the research object, the finite element analysis and optimization of the telescopic boom and the optimization of the hinge position of the hydraulic cylinder are carried out. In order to ensure the strength of the telescopic arm, the deformation is within the allowable range, the telescopic arm section has been partially strengthened. The design model of the optimization design problem of the hinge point of telescopic boom luffing hydraulic cylinder is established. The optimization of the design of the articulated point of the telescopic boom hydraulic cylinder is carried out by using MATLAB, which provides a scientific basis for the structural design and optimization of the working arm of the aerial vehicle and has certain engineering significance.
