混凝土构件结构设计根据承载能力、裂缝、结构刚度、构造要求等综合确定,承载能力是设计的重要指标之一。中国规范混凝土构件承载力一般基于规范简化公式,计算较方便、简洁,已得到普遍的应用,在中国桥梁建设跨越式发展中起到很大的作用。随着海外工程的拓展尤其是国家一带一路海外战略的推进,海外交通土建项目逐渐增多,中国规范“走出去”势在必行。笔者参与非洲规模最大的桥梁——莫桑比克马普托跨海大桥的勘察设计(中国规范设计,欧洲规范验证),较为全面地了解欧洲规范,同时也与欧洲同行进行了广泛的交流。该文对中、欧规范混凝土构件承载能力进行对比,并提出部分建议,希望对中国规范的国际化有所帮助。
The structural design of concrete members is determined synthetically according to the bearing capacity, cracks, structural rigidity and structural requirements. The bearing capacity is one of the important indexes of design. China’s standard load-bearing capacity of concrete members is generally based on the specification to simplify the formula, the calculation is more convenient and concise and has been widely applied. It has played a significant role in the leapfrog development of China’s bridge construction. With the expansion of overseas projects, especially the promotion of overseas strategies for the nation along the road, overseas transportation and civil construction projects have been gradually increasing. It is imperative for China to regulate its “going out”. I participated in Africa’s largest bridge - Maputo Bridge in Mozambique, the survey and design (China normative design, the European normative verification), a more comprehensive understanding of European norms, but also with the European counterparts had a wide range of exchanges. This paper compares the carrying capacity of concrete members in China and Europe and puts forward some suggestions, hoping to help regulate the internationalization of China.
