随着国家经济结构调整需求加速,大批冠以“文化创新”的文化园区、科技园区、主题街区应运而生。对国家而言,这些“示范园区”等项目的策划与建立,其目的主要是为了创造文化价值、获取经济效益,并使其成为相应企业的范例。但是,巨大的投资并没有得到预期的回报,其原因是相关部门缺少对“新价值”本质的认识和方向的把握。本文选取在我国具有代表性的案例,以价值创造与价值重塑为切入点,对上述问题进行剖析,以期呼唤各方理性对待文化价值的商业开发,寻找切实可行的路径,保护文化产业健康、有序发展。文化产业园区的文化价值创造新的文化价值是在特定社会历史条件下自主发展形
With the acceleration of the national economic restructuring, a large number of cultural parks, science and technology parks and thematic blocks have been established with “cultural innovation”. For the country, the planning and establishment of these “demonstration parks” and other projects are mainly aimed at creating cultural values, obtaining economic benefits and making them examples of corresponding enterprises.
