[目的]探讨冠心病患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸、血脂水平变化的相关性。[方法]选择2012年8月~2012年12月于我院收治的冠心病患者53例,另选择55例健康体检者为对照组。分别采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测Hp IgG、循环酶法检测Hcy以及免疫比浊法检测Cys C表达水平,并检测血脂,分析Hp感染与血清Cys C、Hcy、血脂表达变化之间的关系。[结果]冠心病组Hp IgG阳性率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Cys C、Hcy的表达水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而冠心病组HDL-C表达水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。Hp感染阳性冠心病患者的血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Cys C、Hcy表达水平均明显高于Hp感染阴性患者(P<0.05),而HDL-C表达水平显著低于Hp感染阴性患者(P<0.05)。[结论]Hp感染与冠心病本身的发生没有显著相关性,但Hp感染可能通过对Cys C和Hcy表达以及血脂代谢水平的影响而促进冠心病的发展和演进。
[Objective] To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and changes of cystatin C, homocysteine and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease. [Method] Fifty-three CHD patients admitted to our hospital from August 2012 to December 2012 were selected, and 55 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. Hp IgG was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), Hcy was detected by enzymatic cycling method, Cys C expression was detected by immunoturbidimetric method, and the level of Cys C was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The changes of Hp infection, serum Cys C, Hcy, relationship. [Results] The positive rates of Hp IgG in CHD group were not significantly different from those in control group. The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, Cys C and Hcy in CHD group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05) The level of HDL-C in CHD group was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, Cys C and Hcy in patients with Hp-positive coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those with Hp negative (P <0.05), while the levels of HDL-C were significantly lower than those with Hp negative P <0.05). [Conclusion] There is no significant correlation between Hp infection and the occurrence of coronary heart disease itself. However, Hp infection may promote the development and progression of coronary heart disease by affecting the expression of Cys C and Hcy and the lipid metabolism.
