本工作用红外光谱、电子显微镜及凝胶渗透色谱表征了丙烯酸丁酯/丙烯酸离子聚合物(简称离聚体)的结构,并研究了离子含量及种类、中和当量比及分子量对离聚体的拉伸程度、伸长率、定伸强度、永久变形及表现交联度的影响。结果表明,在中和当量比为1.0—1.5、羧基含量为10—12 mol%,分子量高于30万时,离聚体的强伸性能最佳,永久变形最小;而离子种类与拉伸强度的关系为:Pb~(2+)>Na~+>K~+>Zn~(2+)>Ca~(2+)>Mn~(2+)。
