随着改革开放的进一步深入,我国的国有企业得到了突飞猛进的发展,已经成为国民经济的主要增长点和社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。目前,国有企业各级团组织在探索团建工作方面已经积累了一定的经验,取得了初步的成效,但这是远远不够的。企业团组织要进一步创新团建工作模式,积极构建与市场经济体制相适应的团的活动方式与组织形式,这样才能促进企业的可持续发展。
With the further deepening of reform and opening up, our country’s state-owned enterprises have achieved rapid development. They have become the major growth point of the national economy and an important part of the socialist market economy. At present, the CYL organizations at all levels of state-owned enterprises have accumulated some experience in exploring the CYL’s work and have achieved initial success, but this is not enough. The enterprise group organizations should further innovate the group building mode of operation and actively construct group activities and organizational forms that are compatible with the market economy system so as to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise.
