弓形体病在我国报告的较少。现仅就我们诊治的11例弓形体病患者,对弓形体病的病例分布、发现率、诊断标准及治疗问题进行讨论。1 流行病学1980～1986年“中国人畜弓形体病调查研究协作组”在我国16个省市自治区作弓形体病流行病学调查,结果在其中5省市自治区共调查30088人,发现弓形体病患者11例,发现率为3.6‰。其中广西5例,福建2例,广东2例,湖北1例,辽宁1例。男性7例,女性4例。年龄分布10岁以下2例,21～31岁7例,47岁及79岁各1例。职业分布:儿童2例,农民5例,工人、教师、兽医、屠工各1例。民族分布:状族3例,苗族1例,土家族1例,汉族4例,民族不详2例。病例发现的多少与弓形体病流行
Toxoplasmosis is less reported in our country. Only in our diagnosis and treatment of 11 cases of toxoplasmosis, cases of toxoplasmosis distribution, detection rate, diagnostic criteria and treatment issues are discussed. 1 Epidemiology 1980-1986 “Chinese Toxoplasmosis Symposium” in China’s 16 provinces and municipalities Toxoplasmosis epidemiological survey, in which 5 provinces and autonomous regions surveyed a total of 30088 people and found that Toxoplasma 11 cases of patients, the discovery rate was 3.6 ‰. Among them, 5 were in Guangxi, 2 in Fujian, 2 in Guangdong, 1 in Hubei and 1 in Liaoning. 7 males and 4 females. The age distribution of 2 patients under 10 years old, 21 to 31 years old in 7 cases, 47 years old and 79 years old in 1 case. Occupation distribution: 2 cases of children, 5 cases of peasants, workers, teachers, veterinarians, butcher workers in 1 case.
