本文研究了八倍体小偃麦与普通小麦杂交的细胞遗传学,讨论了杂种中各类配子的传递规律和产生异附加系的方法。主要结果如下:(1)(八倍体小偃麦×普通小麦)F_2,具有46条染色体的杂种类型最多,占19.09%,具有43条染色体的单体附加类型为3.01%。(2)以杂种 F_1作母本和父本,分别与小麦进行回交,B_1F_1具有44条染色体的双单体附加最多,分别为26.78%和24.65%%;具有43条染色体的单体附加分别为14.98%和11.80%。(3)单体附加后代分离出的二体附加为3.37%。
In this paper, we studied the cytogenetics of the hybrid between O. tumefaciens and common wheat, and discussed the rules of all kinds of gametes in hybrids and the methods to produce heterologous lines. The main results are as follows: (1) (Octoploid O.r. × Common Wheat) F_2, with 46 chromosomes, the hybrid types accounted for 19.09% and the additional types with 43 chromosomes were 3.01%. (2) Hybrid F1 was used as the female parent and male parent, respectively, and backcrossed with wheat respectively. The double monomers with 44 chromosomes on B_1F_1 were the most abundant, accounting for 26.78% and 24.65% respectively. The 43 chromosomes were added separately 14.98% and 11.80% respectively. (3) The extra body attached to the two isolated extras is 3.37%.
