对于水利建设项目而言,其不仅是城市重要建设项目之一,而且在水利发电和节水灌溉等方面,同样发挥着积极的作用。但是,伴随中国逐渐加大水利建设项目的投资力度,促使水土流失等问题频繁发生,其中水土流失所造成的影响主要包括:减少土壤肥力、加大洪涝灾害、影响资源的开发和利用等。基于此,文章对水利建设项目水土保持设计方案进行分析,意在提升河川等水资源的使用率,推动社会实现可持续发展的战略目标。 For the water conservancy construction project, it is not only one of the important urban construction projects, but also plays an active role in hydropower generation and water-saving irrigation. However, with the gradual increase of investment in water conservancy construction projects in China, problems such as soil erosion and soil loss have been frequently caused. Among them, the impacts caused by soil and water loss mainly include: reducing soil fertility, increasing flood disasters, and affecting the development and utilization of resources. Based on this, the article analyzes the design scheme of soil and water conservation of water conservancy construction project, aims to improve the utilization rate of water resources such as river and promote the strategic goal of sustainable development of society.
