2002年开始,房地产逐渐成为民众改善生活的契机和家庭资产保值增值的重要选择,到2004年前后,国有土地协议转让取消,土地价值第一次被真正释放出来,原本被低估的房地价值,骤然向其市场价值线强力回弹,这也成房价飙升的起点。
