中国农业银行全国县级支行行长培训班(第二期、第三期)于2009年7月在我院举办。总行十分重视,行领导亲自授课(包括录像),人力资源部派员现场指导与协调。我院高度重视,成立了以院长伏中林同志为组长的培训领导小组,动员全院力量,全力以赴,克服设备维修,高温天气等不利因素,办好支行行长培训班。来自江苏、浙江、山东、河南、福建、广东、广西、安徽、四川九省区的支行行长们经过十余天紧张的学习、交流,取得了丰硕的成果。本刊选择部分支行业务转型的成功经验刊出,以期为其他地区农业银行业务发展提供借鉴。
The Agricultural Bank of China National County Branch Bank Training Course (Phase II, Phase III) was held in our hospital in July 2009. The head office attaches great importance to the leadership of the leadership personally teach (including video), Human Resources Department staff on-site guidance and coordination. Our school attaches great importance to the establishment of a training leading group headed by President Comrade Fu Zhonglin to mobilize the power of the hospital and go all out to overcome the unfavorable factors of equipment maintenance and hot weather and run a training course for branch presidents. After more than ten days of intense study and exchange, branch chiefs from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, Henan, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Anhui and Sichuan provinces and regions have achieved fruitful results. Selected success stories of some branches’ business transformation were published in order to provide reference for the development of ABC’s agriculture in other regions.
