目的应用免疫组化技术探讨肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法将蜡块切好片,用15%乙醇处理后做免疫组化染色。结果背景白色或浅黄色与棕褐色的颗粒形成鲜明对比。结论在医学的基础和临床研究中发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tumors by immunohistochemistry. Methods The slices were well sliced and immunohistochemically stained with 15% ethanol. Results The background is white or light yellow and tan particles in sharp contrast. Conclusion plays an important role in the basic and clinical research of medicine.
