2013年8月23日,煤炭企业标杆成本管理体系及其对比研究重点课题研讨会在兰州召开。来自全国部分煤炭企业分管对标管理工作的副总经理、总会计师、财务和企管部门负责人以及主管成本控制和对标管理的有关同志参加会议。会议内容主要有4项:一是汇报煤炭企业标杆成本管理体系及其对标研究课题初步研究成果;二是煤炭企业集团相互交流开展煤炭成本对标管理的成功经验和存在问题;三是讨论确定煤炭企业标杆成本数据库管理办法;四是研究建立煤炭企业集团煤炭成本对标及其管控体系建
On August 23, 2013, the benchmarking cost management system of coal enterprises and its key research seminars on comparative studies were held in Lanzhou. Deputy general manager, chief accountant, chief of finance and enterprise management department in charge of benchmarking management of some coal enterprises in China and relevant comrades in charge of cost control and benchmarking administration attended the meeting. There are four main contents of the conference: one is to report the benchmarking cost management system of coal enterprises and the preliminary research results of their benchmarking research projects; the other is the successful experience and problems of coal cost management with mutual exchange and mutual understanding; the third is to discuss and determine Coal enterprises benchmarking cost database management approach; fourth is to study the establishment of coal enterprise group coal cost benchmarking and its control system
