一前言随着涡轮发动机T_3~*温度的提高,寿命的延长及低质燃料的使用,涡轮部件的热腐蚀问题也日益突出。在我国使用的航空涡轮及地面涡轮中,不少热端部件出现过腐蚀故障,甚至采用渗铝层,有些情况下也不能满足技术要求。为了适应我国涡轮发动机的发展需要,我们研制了高温无机盐料浆铝硅涂层,并对一些合金进行了评定。本文着重介绍三种镍基合金渗铝硅涂层的高温耐蚀性。二试验条件试验采用的合金及成分见表1。铝硅涂层采用无表1 三种合金的化学成分
A foreword With the improvement of turbine engine T_3 ~ * temperature, the extension of life and the use of low-quality fuel, hot corrosion problems of turbine components are also increasingly prominent. In our country’s aviation turbines and surface turbines, many hot-end components have experienced corrosion failure, and even the use of aluminized layer, in some cases can not meet the technical requirements. In order to meet the development needs of China’s turbine engine, we developed a high temperature inorganic salt slurry aluminum-silicon coating, and some of the alloys were assessed.
