一.引言我国重点与地方骨干企业中的轧钢工序近四百个。为推动轧钢工序及轧钢加热炉节能工作的开展,冶金部颁发了《关于加热炉节约燃料的若干规定》和《关于轧钢工序节能若干规定(试行)》,同时要求各企业按以上两个规定填报各种生产和能耗情况的数据。由于报表工序多、数据量大以及统计计算复杂,要得到各种统计汇总数据,需要很多的人力和时间才能完成,且可靠程度低。同时,对历史报表数据的管理实际上就是归类存挡,不便于各种数据进
