建立了一种采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器,直接测定皮革中多种含氯苯酚类物质的方法。本方法使用甲醇作为提取溶剂,流动相为梯度的乙腈-磷酸、检测器波长210nm,6种含氯苯酚线性相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限均低于0.05mg/kg,相对标准偏差(即重复性)均小于1%。该方法前处理简单快速,无需水蒸气蒸馏及衍生化等特殊操作,可作为一种皮革中含氯苯酚的检测方法。
A method was developed for the direct determination of various chlorinated phenols in leather using high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector. The method uses methanol as the extraction solvent and a mobile phase of gradient acetonitrile-phosphoric acid at a wavelength of 210 nm. The linear correlation coefficients of the six chlorophenols are all above 0.999, and the detection limits are all below 0.05 mg / kg. The relative standard deviations Ie repeatability) are less than 1%. The method is simple and fast before processing, without special operations such as steam distillation and derivatization, and can be used as a detection method of chlorophenols in leather.
