为研究黄花委陵菜生殖特征,以西安植物园内的10株黄花委陵菜为试材,调查分析了植株的地上生物量及其分配、种子数目、种子千粒重以及发芽率。结果表明:黄花委陵菜的生殖生长存在可塑性;黄花委陵菜通过提高地上生物量来提高生殖生物量,进而影响到种子千粒重;而种子千粒重显著影响到种子的发芽率。因此,在黄花委陵菜栽培管理过程中要注重提高地上生物量,以保证种子的产量和质量。
In order to study the reproductive characteristics of Potentilla antilis, 10 plantations of Potentilla chinensis in Xi’an Botanical Garden were used as materials to investigate the above-ground biomass and its distribution, the number of seeds, the 1000-grain weight of seeds and the germination rate. The results showed that there was plasticity in the reproductive growth of Potentilla anserina; Potentilla anserine increased the reproductive biomass by increasing the aboveground biomass, which in turn affected the 1000-grain weight of seed; and the seed weight significantly affected the germination rate of the seed. Therefore, in the process of cultivation and management of Potentilla anserina, attention should be paid to improving aboveground biomass to ensure the yield and quality of seeds.
