建立统一社会信用代码(注1)登记制度,是国家打破信息孤岛,实现有效的信息管理和信息共享的措施,是机构调整和职能转变的组成部分,“三证合一、一照一码”(注2)登记制度改革是统一社会信用代码制度实施的开端,产生的实效将为改革下一步实施总结经验。本文通过登记制度改革后企业登记在注册地、注册资金和所属行业的数据分析,来探讨此项改革措施对当地经济发展的影响。
The establishment of a registration system for a unified social credit code (Note 1) is a measure for the country to break down remote islands of information and achieve effective information management and information sharing. It is an integral part of the restructuring and transformation of institutions. (Note 2) The reform of the registration system is the beginning of the implementation of a unified social credit code system, and the actual results will be the implementation of the lessons learned in the next step of the reform. This article discusses the impact of the reform measures on the local economic development through the data registration of registered enterprises in registration, registered capital and their respective industries after the reform of the registration system.
