随着京津冀协同发展的趋势逐渐加强,企业间的合作越来越频繁,已经逐渐成为经济发展的一大潮流,相比较于传统商业的发展,企业在合作过程中会加强信任感,更加方便双方的财务绩效提升,最终提高企业的整体效益。本文通过研究企业间的重复合作模式,研究由于合作信任感的加强,给企业所带来的经济利益,这样不仅会减少企业寻找新伙伴带来的成本,还会获得本企业希望得到的互补性资源。但是在重复合作中,总会出现一些资源、利益冲突的问题,如何解决这些问题,提高企业的财务绩效,对企业的长远发展来说是一个值得探讨的问题。
