近年来,随着自然灾害的频发,国家对于应急救援装备也提出了多功能及一体化的需求。当暴风雨等极端天气造成城市内涝时,受灾群众将处于“孤岛”中,如果不及时进行救援,随着灾害的持续进行,将使救援难度逐渐加大。本文着重介绍一种全地形排水救援车的设计方案,通过配置水陆两栖底盘车并搭载相关救援装备,使其能在第一时间内抵达“孤岛”中心并开展救援。
In recent years, with the frequent natural disasters, the state has also put forward multifunctional and integrated requirements for emergency rescue equipment. When extreme weather conditions such as storms cause waterlogging in urban areas, the affected people will be in “isolated islands.” If the rescue is not resumed in time, as the disaster continues, it will make the rescue more difficult. This article focuses on the design of an all terrain drainage rescue vehicle that can be deployed to rescue the “island” center as soon as possible by configuring an amphibious chassis and equipped with relevant rescue equipment.
