近年来,随着改革的不断深 化,中国石油石化企业的经营业 绩评价体系也开始显现特色, 并取得了一定的成效,但仍存 在许多不足之处,如:缺乏科 学、有效的评价指标体系;不利 于企业的动态管理;激励约束 机制不完善等,因此构建一套 完全具有中国石油石化特色的 绩效评价体系势在必行。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening of reform, the evaluation system of operating performance of China’s petroleum and petrochemical enterprises has begun to show its own characteristics and achieved some success. However, there are still many deficiencies, such as: lack of a scientific and effective evaluation index system; Which is not conducive to the dynamic management of enterprises; the incentive and restraint mechanisms are not perfect, so it is imperative to construct a set of performance evaluation system that fully possesses the characteristics of China’s petroleum and petrochemical industry.
