目的:探索医院中药房实施规范化管理存在的问题,并提出解决对策。方法:根据医院中药房管理的实际情况,分析存在的问题。结果:医院中药房管理存在管理不规范、人员素质参差不齐、缺乏硬件设施、制度不完善等问题。结论:在医院中药房管理中加强人员培训、完善管理制度、增加硬件投入,加强药品质量监管,建立规范化的管理体系,逐步实行量化管理,可确保药品和药学服务工作的质量。
Objective: To explore the problems existing in the standardized management of hospital pharmacy and to put forward the countermeasures. Methods: According to the actual situation of hospital pharmacy management, analyze the existing problems. Results: There were problems in the management of pharmacy in hospitals, such as irregular management, uneven staff quality, lack of hardware facilities and imperfect system. Conclusion: In hospital pharmacy management, we should strengthen personnel training, improve management system, increase hardware investment, strengthen drug quality supervision, establish a standardized management system and gradually implement quantitative management to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical and pharmacy services.
