为了探讨特技飞行能否使血脂及载脂蛋白发生变化从而导致冠心病早发以及能否损伤心肌细胞,我们使用Beckman系列分析仪及试剂对20例健康男性飞行员进行复杂特技飞行前(6A.M,空腹)、飞行后即刻(10A.M)、6H(4P.M)及24h(次日10A.M)血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、载脂蛋白AI(apoAI)、B(apoB)及GoT、CPK、LDH、α-HBD检测。结果:(l)飞行后即刻血糖、TG及apoAI明显升高,与飞行前及飞行后6h、24h比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),飞行后6h、24h与飞行前比较,血糖、TG及apoA1均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(2)飞行后即刻apoA1/apoB比值下降,但与飞行前及飞行后6h、24h比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)血清GOT、CPK、LDH、α─HBD一天内不同时间水平不一,但均在正常范围,飞行前后无有意义的变化。飞行后血清TG升高是由于特技飞行后血糖及游离脂肪酸增加所致,血中含TG丰富的VLDL可能有轻微的致动脉粥样硬化作用,而含apoAI丰富的HDL与冠心病的发生呈负相关。根据以上结果,我们认为复杂特技飞行不会引起冠心病早发也不会引起?
In order to investigate whether aerobatics can change blood lipids and apolipoproteins leading to early onset of coronary heart disease and whether they can damage cardiomyocytes, we used Beckman series of analyzers and reagents to test 20 healthy male pilots before complex aerobatics (Fasting), serum cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), apolipoprotein AI (apoAI), B (ApoB) and GoT, CPK, LDH, α-HBD detection. Results: (1) Immediately after the blood glucose, TG and apoAI were significantly increased, compared with those before and 6h and 24h after the flight (P <0.05). After 6h and 24h after the flight, blood glucose , TG and apoA1 no significant difference (P> 0.05). (2) The ratio of apoA1 / apoB decreased immediately after the flight, but there was no significant difference between pre-flight and post-flight 6h and 24h (P> 0.05). (3) Serum GOT, CPK, LDH, α-HBD differed at different times of the day, but all were within the normal range, with no significant changes before and after flight. Elevated serum TG after flight is due to an increase in blood glucose and free fatty acids after aerobatics. TG-rich VLDL in the blood may have a slight atherogenic effect, whereas apoAI-rich HDL and coronary heart disease are negative Related.
