太平洋产险积极参与全国现场管理星级评价活动,在对保险消费者需求与消费行为进行了大量分析的基础上,在窗口服务标准化建设中导入《企业现场管理准则》(GB/T29590-2013),依据保险行业服务特点,推广运用精益生产、步行者穿越、可视化管理等先进质量管理工具方法,建立了常态化现场管理工作推进机制,创建了太平洋保险示范门店现场管理体系。广大保险消费者在门店既可享受座享式服务、柜面服务,更可体验 CPIC actively participated in the star evaluation activities of the on-site management in the country.
