ZBLM10铺板门吊用于CRTSII型板式无砟轨道桥梁施工,施工要求铺板门吊能够完成直线段以及曲线段的轨道板铺设,根据现有的走行条件,原ZBLM10铺板门吊的轮系超宽,需要对原有走行机构进行优化。经过对原门吊轮系的结构分析,拟应用摩擦轮传动方式,将轮系传动部分提高至混凝土支撑层以上,减小有效宽度,使门吊能够在曲线段顺利通行;通过试验验证摩擦轮传动的可靠性,得出摩擦轮传动效率,为以后门吊改造提供理论依据。从试验结果来看门吊的改进是成功的,能够满足施工走行条件,并且根据试验数据得出摩擦效率,对以后的摩擦轮传动的研究提供了宝贵经验。 ZBLM10 decking door crane for CRTSII plate type ballastless track bridge construction, the construction requirements of the decking door hanging to complete the straight section and the curved section of the track laying plate, according to the existing conditions, the original ZBLM10 decking door hanging wheel series wide, Need to optimize the original walk agencies.
