传播学,是研究人与人,人与他们所属的群体、组织和社会怎样借助符导(语言、非语言、类语言等),直接和间接地进行信息、思想和感情的传递、接收、反应和反馈,并在此基础上形成的人际关系和人群关系的学问。换言之,传播学就是研究人类一切传播行为或传播过程发生、发展的规律与人和社会的关系的学问。
