改革开放以来,在社会经济、科学技术和教育文化事业迅速发展的全方位推动下,云南省人文社科期刊事业有了长足发展。但是,与全国发达省区相比,云南省人文社科期刊事业仍存在许多问题。这在很大程度上制约了人文社会科学期刊固有功能的发挥,未能有效地推动边疆民族经济和文化事业的发展。如何在新世纪抓住机遇,加快发展,成为云南人文社科期刊工作者深思的问题。本文从理论联系实践的角度认真总结分析了云南省人文社会科学期刊事业发展中的问题和经验,并在此基础上探求其在新世纪的发展战略,具有十分重要的理论和实践意义。本刊刊发此文,意在给大家提供借鉴和启示。
Since the reform and opening up, under the all-round promotion of the rapid development of social economy, science and technology and educational and cultural undertakings, the periodicals of humanities and social sciences in Yunnan have made great strides. However, compared with the developed provinces and autonomous regions in China, there are still many problems in the journals of the humanities and social sciences in Yunnan Province. This has restricted the development of the inherent functions of humanities and social science journals to a great extent and failed to effectively promote the development of the national economy and cultural undertakings in the border areas. How to seize the opportunity and speed up the development in the new century has become a question for the periodicals workers in Yunnan’s humanities and social sciences. This article conscientiously summarizes the problems and experiences in the development of the humanities and social sciences journals in Yunnan Province from the perspective of the theory and practice, and explores its development strategy in the new century on the basis of the above. It has very important theoretical and practical significance. This issue of this article, intended to provide everyone with reference and inspiration.
