目的:研究磷脂酶(PL)Cγ-2、花生四烯酸(AA)以及脂加氧酶-12(12-LOX)在喉鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,探讨脂质代谢与喉鳞状细胞癌的关系。方法:选取30例喉癌组织以及癌旁组织(均经病理检查为正常组织),以免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测PLCγ-2和12-LOX的表达,以气相色谱联合质谱法检测AA的含量。结果:喉癌组织中PLCγ-2和12-LOX的表达高于正常组织(P<0.05),而AA含量低于正常组织(P<0.05);PLCγ-2和12-LOX与喉癌的临床分期、病理分化以及淋巴结转移有密切关系(P<0.05);AA与喉癌的临床分期、病理分化以及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);PLCγ-2、AA以及12-LOX与年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:PLCγ-2、AA和12-LOX三者与喉癌关系密切,阻断此通路,可能对喉癌的治疗有一定的意义。
Objective: To study the expression of phospholipase (PL) Cγ-2, arachidonic acid (AA) and lipoxygenase-12 (12-LOX) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma Cell cancer. Methods: The expression of PLCγ-2 and 12-LOX were detected by immunohistochemistry (SP method) in 30 laryngeal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues (both of which were pathologically examined). The plasma samples were collected by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry Content. Results: The expressions of PLCγ-2 and 12-LOX in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal tissues (P <0.05), while those in AA tissues were lower than those in normal tissues (P <0.05) There was a close relationship between staging, pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05); AA had no correlation with clinical stage, pathological differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P> 0.05); PLC γ-2, AA and 12- > 0.05). Conclusion: PLCγ-2, AA and 12-LOX are closely related to laryngeal cancer. Blocking this pathway may have some significance for the treatment of laryngeal cancer.
