用交流电阻点焊机研究了3层1Cr17Mn9Ni4N不锈钢薄板电阻点焊。研究表明,3层1Cr17Mn9Ni4N钢板材点焊熔核组织由熔核周围的柱状树枝晶和中心的等轴树枝晶组成。光镜和扫描电镜观察发现,热影响区奥氏体晶粒无长大,晶界和晶内Cr化合物析出。焊态的电阻点焊接头的熔核和热影响区硬度值高于固溶态的母材。3层板材点焊熔核有形成缩孔或缩松的倾向,要求采用较大的焊接压力和良好的焊机加压系统的随动性以防止缺陷的产生。不同组合形式的3层板材接头具有不同的拉伸剪切承载力和数据的分散性。
Three layers of 1Cr17Mn9Ni4N stainless steel sheet were spot-welded by AC resistance spot welding. The results show that the three-layer 1Cr17Mn9Ni4N steel nugget consists of columnar dendrites and equiaxed dendrites around the nugget. Light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed that there was no growth of austenite grains in the heat-affected zone and the precipitation of Cr compounds in the grain boundaries and grains. Weld resistance spot weld nugget and heat affected zone hardness value higher than the solid solution of the base metal. 3-layer plate weld nugget shrinkage or shrinkage of the formation of the tendency to require the use of a large welding pressure and a good welder pressurization system follow-up to prevent the occurrence of defects. Different combinations of three-layer sheet joints have different tensile shear capacity and data dispersion.
