生理学家研究表明,老年人的睡眠时间宜长不宜短,60岁以上的老人,每天须保证8小时以上的睡眠。但许多老年人常觉得“老来觉少”,入夜不能长睡,长此以往,会造成老年人神疲力乏。所以老年人不可轻视失眠症。 治疗老年人的失眠,固然可以服安眠药,但由于老年人主要脏器老化、生理功能减退,更容易损害脑细胞和肝、肾等,不是长久之计。
