寻求宽筛分流化床中气泡运动的规律性对进一步认识流化床中的许多重要性状和正确建立流化床燃烧过程模型有很大意义。本文介绍了流化床中床料空隙率,气泡尺寸,气泡上升速度沿床高变化的试验结果,提出了相应的无因次关联式。试验是在浙江大学的沸腾炉冷模试验台上在各种不同条件下进行的。用劣质煤沸腾锅炉的溢流渣和飞灰及塑料球为床料,用压力探针和高速摄影进行测量。试验表明,可见气泡流量占最低临界沸腾所需的多余流量的很小一部分。
Seeking for the regularity of bubble movement in a wide-scale fluidized bed is of great significance for further understanding many important traits in a fluidized bed and for correctly establishing a fluidized bed combustion process model. In this paper, the experimental results of bed voidage, bubble size and bubble rising velocity along bed height in fluidized bed are introduced, and corresponding dimensionless correlations are proposed. The test was carried out in a variety of different conditions on a test bed of a boiling furnace in Zhejiang University. Overflow slag, fly ash and plastic balls from a poor quality coal boil-up boiler were used as bed materials and were measured with pressure probes and high-speed photography. Experiments have shown that bubble flow shows a small fraction of the excess flow required for the lowest critical boiling.
