《广州文化发展战略纲要》提出:“要积极推动已在企业内部萌芽生长的企业文化的发展”。这反映了深化改革,搞活企业,搞活经营,发展商品经济的客观需要。目前,企管学界和企业家对企业文化建设已日益重视。但认识还很不一致,尚未形成体系,很有必要深入进行研讨。本文拟就企业文化的内容、特征、成因、作用以及如何建设企业文化作一些探讨。
The “Guangzhou Cultural Development Strategy Outline” puts forward: “We must actively promote the development of corporate culture that has sprouted within the company.” This reflects the objective needs of deepening reforms, invigorating businesses, invigorating operations, and developing commodity economies. At present, the enterprise management academics and entrepreneurs have paid increasing attention to the construction of corporate culture. However, the understanding is still very inconsistent and no system has yet been formed. It is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions. This article intends to discuss the contents, characteristics, causes, and functions of corporate culture and how to build corporate culture.
