目的探讨“HIS”护理服务模式在胃肠外科病房提高临床护理服务质量的重点专科建设中的应用效果。方法四川大学华西医院胃肠外科于2012年1月1日起实施“HIS”护理模式服务。对2011年1月-12月实施“HIS”护理模式服务前的360例患者和2012年1月-12月实施“HIS”护理模式服务后的360例患者的住院满意度进行回顾性分析和比较。结果实施前360例患者总满意度为(83.27±5.71)分,实施后360例患者总满意度为(97.92±6.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=-8.001,P<0.05)。调查表中14个条目的满意度在实施前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展“HIS”护理服务模式在胃肠外科护理重点专科建设上能有效地提高住院患者对护理服务的满意度,值得进一步推进和深入开展。
Objective To explore the application effect of “HIS” nursing service mode in the construction of key specialties for improving the service quality of clinical nursing in gastroenterology wards. Methods Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University, Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery January 1, 2012 implementation of “HIS ” nursing mode service. A review of 360 patients who performed “HIS” care mode service from January to December 2011 and 360 patients after “HIS” care mode service from January 2012 to December 2012 were reviewed. Sex analysis and comparison. Results The total satisfaction of the 360 patients before the implementation was (83.27 ± 5.71) points. The total satisfaction of the 360 patients after the implementation was (97.92 ± 6.23) points, the difference was statistically significant (t = -8.001, P <0.05). Satisfaction of 14 items in the questionnaire before and after the implementation of the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions It is worth carrying out the “HIS” nursing service mode to effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing service for inpatients in the construction of key specialties of gastrointestinal surgery nursing care, which is worth further promotion and further development.
