目的探讨生长抑素治疗上消化道大出血的临床疗效。方法收集我院2010年1月到2012年3月上消化道大出血患者30例,随机分为两组,每组15例,治疗组在使用质子泵制剂、止血敏等常规药的基础上加用生长抑素,对照组单用的常规药与治疗组相同。结果治疗组的效果明显高于对照组。结论生长抑素对治疗上消化道出血具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods Thirty patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2012 were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with proton pump, Somatostatin, the control group alone with conventional drugs and treatment group the same. The results of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion Somatostatin has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
