目的观察阿魏酸对激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型TXB2及6-keto-PGF1α的影响。方法选用中国大白兔制作激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型。A组(正常对照组)每日腹腔注射生理盐水10ml;B组为激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型组,C组为激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型+阿魏酸组,在腹腔注射甲基强的松龙结束后腹腔注射阿魏酸。进行组织学检查以及TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α检测。结果C组TXB2低于B组,而6-keto-PGF1α高于B组;与A组比较,两指标差异均无显著性。结论阿魏酸钠能降低实验动物TXB2,升高6-keto-PGF1α,维持TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α的动态平衡,能够有效的对抗从而减轻激素引起的机体血瘀情况,减少激素股骨头坏死的发生率。
Objective To observe the effect of ferulic acid on TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in the steroid-induced avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods The model of steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head was selected from Chinese white rabbits. In group A (normal control group), 10 ml normal saline was injected intraperitoneally; group B was steroid-induced avascular necrosis of the femoral head; group C was steroid-induced femoral head necrosis + ferulic acid group and injected intraperitoneally. Methylprednisolone was injected intraperitoneally with ferulic acid. Histological examination and detection of TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1α. Results The TXB2 in group C was lower than that in group B, but 6-keto-PGF1α was higher than that in group B. Compared with group A, there was no significant difference in the two indexes. Conclusion Sodium ferulate can reduce TXB2 in experimental animals, increase 6-keto-PGF1α, maintain the homeostasis of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α, and can effectively counteract the decrease of hormone-induced blood stasis and reduce steroid-induced femoral head necrosis.
