改革开放以来,由于我国市场经济体制、司法制度、监督制度等的不健全,政府官员以权谋私,以及市场文化的严重扭曲,越来越多的企业家纷纷落马。作为一名企业家,无力撬动客观存在而且盘根错杂的国家政策、政府关系和商业环境,在这个危险的环境中应该如何生存?本文通过分析三位落马企业家的经历,试图从保持与政治的距离、处理与各级政府部门的关系以及提高自身素质三个方面向企业家提出建议,从而使企业家在做好企业的同时得以独善其身。
Since the reform and opening up, due to the imperfections of China’s market economic system, judicial system, and supervision system, government officials’ abuse of power, and serious distortion of market culture, more and more entrepreneurs have fallen into disregard. As an entrepreneur, unable to instigate the existence of an objectively existent and intertwined national policy, government relations, and business environment, how to survive in this dangerous environment? This article tries to maintain and analyze the experience of three unfamiliar entrepreneurs. The political distance, the relationship with the government departments at all levels, and the improvement of the quality of their own to make recommendations to entrepreneurs, so that entrepreneurs can be good at the same time doing their own business.
