目的通过对健康交通警察甲襞微循环的观察 ,探讨职业因素对交通警察甲襞微循环的影响。方法应用田牛甲襞微循环综合定量评分方法 ,对86例健康交警及92例健康人的甲襞微循环进行观察、测量、计分、比较。结果交警组的甲襞微循环总积分值及管襻形态、流态、襻周状态积分值均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。主要改变为管襻数减少、输入枝管径变窄、管襻清晰度下降、血流缓慢、红细胞聚集、渗出、出血、汗腺导管及乳头下静脉丛可见率增加 ,这些改变出现的比率均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论交通警察的甲襞微循环有明显改变 ,可能与交警的工作性质及工作环境有关
Objective To investigate the influence of occupational factors on the microcirculation of traffic police armor caused by traffic jocks. Methods A total of 86 cases of healthy traffic police and 92 healthy subjects were observed, measured, scored and compared with the microcirculation comprehensive evaluation method. Results The traffic police group’s total integrated value of microcirculation and the integral value of the state, flow state and peri-week state were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01). The main changes to reduce the number of tubes, the narrowing of the diameter of the input branch, tube clarity decreased, slow blood flow, erythrocyte aggregation, exudation, bleeding, sweat duct and papillary venous plexus increased the rate of these changes appear Significantly higher than the healthy control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Traffic police’s microcirculation has changed significantly, which may be related to the nature of the traffic police and the working environment
