首届河南·郑州水产博览会已于2004年9月30日-10月2日在郑州市绿城广场成功举办。 举办这次博览会的目的,就是要让广大市民了解郑州市水产业发展情况,展示郑州水产精品、弘扬郑州渔文化、让广大郑州市民了解水产品是安全、健康食品的目的,同时了解水产品的烹制方法、水族观赏、休闲垂钓的有关知识,让“安全、营养、发展”的水产理念深入人心,以进一步扩大水产消费,推动水产业的健康发展。
The first Henan Zhengzhou Aquatic Exposition was successfully held in Greentown Square, Zhengzhou City from September 30 to October 2, 2004. The purpose of holding this fair is to let the general public understand the development of aquaculture industry in Zhengzhou, showcase the quality of aquatic products in Zhengzhou, carry forward the culture of Zhengzhou, and let the general public in Zhengzhou know that aquatic products are safe and healthy food. At the same time, Cooking methods, aquarium ornamental, recreational fishing related knowledge, so that “safety, nutrition, development,” the concept of aquaculture enjoys popular support in order to further expand aquatic consumption and promote the healthy development of aquaculture.
