南京新百主楼是项续建工程,地上60层。原结构为12层,将原结构核心筒和外围框架拆至52m、39m标高,再在8层楼上续建。介绍了钢框架安装、伸臂桁架安装和外围桁架安装工艺。钢结构安装、新老结构的连接节点处理对今后的续建工程有借鉴作用。
Nanjing New 100 main building is a renewal project, 60 floors above ground. The original structure of 12 layers, the original structure of the core barrel and the outer frame to 52m, 39m elevation, and then in the 8-story building.
