The Mexican Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued 10 resolutions on April 14 and imposed a provisional anti-dumping tax on more than 10 kinds of Chinese goods starting from April 15th, with a tax rate ranging from 16% to 1105%. At the same time, anti-dumping investigations were conducted on these products. Temporary anti-dumping was imposed. The export of tax products accounted for approximately 76% of China’s exports to Mexico. According to China’s customs statistics, in 1992, I exported 158 million U.S. dollars to Mexico, an increase of 83% over 1991, and the public justification for anti-dumping duties of Chinese ink on Chinese products. The price of Chinese products is even lower than the price of raw materials on the international market. Second, China’s exports to Mexico are growing too fast. According to Mexican statistics, China’s exports to Mexico increased from 1990 to 1992.
