本文通过揭示目前企业安全培训存在的问题,提出了解决安全培训低效的对策。指出只有通过科学有效的安全培训,才能切实提高员工安全意识和安全操作技能水平,才能为企业各项生产工作的顺利实施打下坚实的基础。 In this paper, by revealing the problems existing in the current enterprise safety training, the countermeasures to solve the inefficient safety training are put forward. It is pointed out that only through scientific and effective safety training can we effectively enhance employees’ safety awareness and safe operation skills, so as to lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of various production work in enterprises.
