目的:观察不同时间单元划分方案指导意识障碍患者鼻饲的干预效果。方法:选取2018年1月1日~2019年10月31日收治的意识障碍患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组将鼻饲泵入时间划分为8个单元,每个单元持续2 h泵入后休息1 h,对照组将鼻饲泵入时间划分为6个单元,每个单元持续3 h泵入后休息1 h;比较两组并发症发生情况,于干预第1、5、9天比较两组血清白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)、总淋巴细胞计数、淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+及C
