目的探讨糖化血清蛋白(GSP)联合血糖(GLU)检测在妊娠糖尿病筛查中的应用价值。方法通过l h糖筛查及50 g糖耐量试验结果将180例孕妇分为正常妊娠组(82例)、妊娠糖尿病组(55例)及妊娠糖耐量受损组(43例),分别对各组孕妇的GSP及GLU进行测定。结果正常妊娠组1 h血糖和GSP均明显低于妊娠糖耐量受损组和妊娠糖尿病组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);妊娠糖尿病组、妊娠糖耐量受损组和正常妊娠组糖筛选实验和GSP阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论糖化血清蛋白与血糖联合检测在妊娠期糖筛查中有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床上使用。
Objective To investigate the value of glycosylated serum protein (GSP) combined with blood glucose (GLU) in the screening of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 180 pregnant women were divided into normal pregnancy group (n = 82), gestational diabetes mellitus group (n = 55) and gestational impaired glucose tolerance group (43 cases) by screening lh sugar and 50g glucose tolerance test. Pregnant women’s GSP and GLU were measured. Results The blood glucose and GSP in normal pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in gestational impaired glucose tolerance group and gestational diabetes group (all P <0.05); gestational diabetes mellitus group, gestational impaired glucose tolerance group and normal pregnancy There was significant difference between the group sugar screening test and the GSP positive rate (all P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of glycosylated serum protein and blood sugar has a high clinical value in the screening of gestational sugar, which is worth to be used clinically.
