人事制度改革是将卫生改革推向纵深的重要一环。六安市人民医院自 1998年开始 ,深化人事制度改革 ,加强院长负责制内涵建设 ,实行科学定编 ,严格考核 ,建立新的用人制度 ;实行全员聘用和专业技术职务评聘分开 ,调整了分配方案 ,调动职工的积极性和创造性 ;完善相关配套措施 ,正确处理好改革、发展、稳定的关系 ,促进了医院的快速发展。
The reform of the personnel system is an important part of pushing the health reform into depth. Lu’an City People’s Hospital has been deepening the reform of the personnel system since 1998. It has strengthened the connotation construction of the president’s responsibility system, implemented scientific establishments, conducted strict examinations, and established a new system for employing personnel; the recruitment of full-time employees and the separation of professional and technical positions have been adjusted. The distribution plan will mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees, improve related supporting measures, correctly handle the relationship between reform, development and stability, and promote the rapid development of hospitals.
