评价甜菊苷的抗高血压作用。方法 :采用动静脉插管术研究甜菊苷静脉注射对清醒及麻醉自发性高血压大鼠和麻醉犬的降血压作用特点。结果 :清醒自发性高血压大鼠甜菊苷 5 0~ 2 0 0mg kg ,iv ,麻醉自发性高血压大鼠甜菊苷 2 5~ 398mg kg ,iv ,麻醉犬甜菊苷 16~ 15 9mg kg ,iv ,均可剂量依赖性地降低收缩压和舒张压 ,降压持续时间延长 ,且降舒张压的作用较收缩压明显。自发性高血压大鼠甜菊苷 6 3~ 2 5 1mg kg ,iv ,犬甜菊苷 40~ 15 9mg kg ,iv ,量效关系明显。结论 :甜菊苷确有降血压作用 ,且降舒张压的作用较降收缩压作用强。
The antihypertensive effect of stevioside was evaluated. METHODS: The arterial and venous catheterization was used to study the antihypertensive effect of stevioside intravenous injection on awake and anesthetized spontaneously hypertensive rats and anesthetized dogs. RESULTS: Awake spontaneously hypertensive rats stevioside 50 ~ 200mg kg, iv, anesthetized spontaneously hypertensive rats stevioside 25 ~ 398mg kg, iv, anesthetic dogs stevioside 16 ~ 15 9mg kg, iv, Both dose-dependently reduced systolic and diastolic blood pressure, prolonged blood pressure duration, and the role of diastolic blood pressure is significantly greater than systolic blood pressure. Spontaneously hypertensive rats stevioside 6 3 to 25 1mg kg, iv, canine stevioside 40 to 15 9mg kg, iv, dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: Stevioside can indeed lower blood pressure, and the effect of decreasing diastolic blood pressure is stronger than that of decreasing systolic blood pressure.
