采用光纤环形腔半导体激光器,在直接调制下,获得重复频率为1.368GHz,峰值功率3.0mW,半值全宽度(FWHM)低于100ps的超短脉冲。并从理论和实验上研究了阈值电流与波长之间的依赖关系。分析了进一步提高重复频率,降低脉冲宽度的途径。
Using the fiber ring laser diode, under the direct modulation, an ultrashort pulse with a repetition frequency of 1.368GHz, a peak power of 3.0mW, and a full width at half maximum (FWHM) of less than 100ps is obtained. The dependence between threshold current and wavelength is theoretically and experimentally studied. The ways to further increase the repetition frequency and reduce the pulse width are analyzed.
