对1992年度出生婴儿及其生母共365对进行女职工生养基金统筹与母婴健康关系的调查。重点对婴儿母亲素质,孕期健康状况,新生儿素质,婴儿喂养及体格发育水平等作了分析比较。结果,参加生养基金统筹组(观察组)明显优于未参加统筹组(对照组)。阐明了实行女职工生养基金统筹是母婴健康的重要社会保障措施。
A total of 365 pairs of born babies and their mother born in 1992 were surveyed on the relationship between mother and child care fund integration and maternal and child health. Focus on the quality of infant mothers, pregnancy health status, quality of newborns, infant feeding and physical development levels were analyzed and compared. As a result, participating in the Nutrition Fund Co-ordination Group (observation group) was significantly better than the non-co-ordination group (control group). It is clarified that the implementation of the overall fund for women workers’ support is an important measure of social security for maternal and child health.
